There's so many heist films where the robbers and thieves are dressed exorbitantly well. I'd say that there's not much reason why this wouldn't translate into real life.
I've recently developed a love for cinematic trailer music, check out the works by Two Steps From Hell! You may recognise some songs that were featured in Hollywood movie trailers!
I'm guessing he was high, I can't think of any logical explanation for how he could otherwise get stuck up there with a hammer. Definitely an embarrassing experience for him regardless.
I always roll down my window fully since I've got nothing to hide. While I'm not implying causality I've also not be asked to leave my vehicle and have it searched.
I think child abuse charges are really a grey area. Parents should be able to discipline their children, using corporal punishment if necessary. However it's tricky since we can't define how much physical treatment is too much. Personally I don't think she should be guilty of child abuse at all.

I would say definitely find a lawyer if...
I think it could help, in any case introducing more freedom and power for teachers to organize such lessons to help their students instead of a no-tolerance policy is a very needed change.
I think I could agree with this for a young adult, say around 16? Children at the age of 10 should still be impressionable and can be controlled by their parents. I would think that the mother needs to be more strict with the child.
I've worked in the health sector before, and people at the front lines (doctors and especially nurses) do take quite a lot of abuse from unreasonable patients sometimes. I think that there needs to be more laws and protection for them.
I've not used it before, but I think that there's really only a false sense of anonymity. It's pretty easy to track people down based on their calls (operators have to track down on prank callers after all to cut down on abuse)
Nice to hear some heartwarming police stories for a change. Kudos to these off-duty policemen who weren't even of the same nationality, yet helping out the public.
