There's a new disagreement between the city of Cincinnati and its police officers' union. It's about body cameras, not whether to have them but whether to pay the cops to wear them. It all comes in the middle of controversy over the mayor's pay hike proposal and an unfair labor practices complaint filed by the city manager against the FOP.
