Madison police arrested a suspect that allegedly live-streamed statements threatening to kill a police officer.
Police arrested Raynarldo L. Glenn, 27, on Saturday after an off-duty officer from New York alerted Madison police about threats he heard the suspect saying on the video live-streaming service Periscope.
Glenn was charged with making a terrorist threat and threatening a police officer. Glenn appeared in court Tuesday where he was ordered jailed on $10,000 bail. His preliminary hearing is set for August 16.
