Police shoot, kill man with gun

Baltimore police shot and killed an 18-year-old man Tuesday afternoon who had just got out of jail Monday. Police officials said the shooting occurred after 3 p.m. in the area of Monroe Street and Frederick Avenue. Baltimore police media relations Chief T.J. Smith said the suspect had been arrested three times in the past month, and that he just got out of jail Monday on felony gun and drug charges.
