A little girl who was trapped under a capsized boat in in Florida's Indian River was reunited with her rescuers.
It was very dark and late at night when the family boat overturned. After the boat flipped upside down, another family in their boat helped pull the the two adults and the toddler's infant sibling to safety. The little girl remained missing in the dark waters.
Close to an hour after the little girl was plunged into the water, Officer Matt Rush and Cpl. Alan Worthy discovered her floating in her life vest. They say she was trapped in a pocket of air beneath the boat after the crash.
"This was truly a miracle," the mom said. "It's just unreal, it's every parents worst nightmare to think that you could lose your child, and this was so real it was a nightmare come to life."
