I prefer yoga to relieve my stress. It's a great way to focus on your breathing and just let the stress melt away. I'm also a fan of a nice, hot, bubble bath. Especially with some of the stress relief bubbles from Bath and Body Works. My favorite scent is the Eucalyptus Spearmint.

As a civilian, I know that there are many stereotypes for law enforcement officers. What are the ones, as officers, that you hate the most? Are there any specific ones that really get on your nerves or are they all obnoxious?

What is the difference between committing murder and capital murder? Is there a difference? I have an uncle that's a LEO, but he's being a jerk about answering my questions.
