You never know what a stranger is capable of. Ive learned that you can never judge by how someone looks. I dont think its unusual for 3-4 men to be shopping together but it might be a little suspicious since it was a watch store, you don't see men shop for jewellery or watches together very often.

Personally I think it all depends on the crime they were committing. If it was something minor than I would probably let me them off with it but once, if I ever caught them again I would definitely fine them. Of course if the crime was serious then I wouldn't hesitate to arrest them.

My guess is the show is a set up and the cops are scripted. I know a lot of reality TV shows start out as a real show and then eventually become scripted because they want to keep filming but have run out of interesting stuff so the ratings start to drop and they get desperate.
