Thank the heavens that it's been a while. I think the last time that I had an encounter with the police was about a year ago. I was stopped for jaywalking (of all things) and I got a ticket for it as well. I didn't make any sense me and it still doesn't.

Wow this is pretty intense. I must say, people never really cease to amaze me these days. I wonder if she was on any drugs or if she just really wanted to get away from the cops.

I was in one physical fight my whole life and I didn't win it either. I was really young and there was this kid that would always bother me (among other people). He busted my lip and apologized and ran away (which I thought was weird). We became friends years later so it's all good.

I think that marijuana being legalized will be a great thing. I think that driving under the influence will be a big issue. I also think that the price of marijuana will also be an issue. Once they tax the drug, it will be really hard for the people that need it to get a hold of it.

I just think that police tend to throw their weight around. They make a lot of people nervous as well. Like most authority figures, people just don't view them in the most positive light most of the time.

I got arrested for possession once and the cops that arrested me testified against me. It was a misdemeanor so it wasn't that serious. I was still surprised to see that the cop actually showed up though.

Why do people do things like this. It's things like this that has me really, really scared for the human race. This can easily go on the list for stupidest things that someone can get arrested for. Although, home invasion is a pretty serious offense.

This was actually a really sad situation. I don't understand why that kid would run if he wasn't doing something that he shouldn't have. The cop is obviously remorseful for what happened, and I STILL fear that there will be extreme backlash. I also fear that this will be become another race...

The police entering someone's home without permission is one of those things that tends to happen a lot more than people care to admit. When I was younger I lived with an uncle that always had cops after him for some reason. There was a time period why they would come to my house most mornings...

I don't think that he can pin that on you because you weren't the one that was driving. I think for the most part cops depend on people not really knowing their rights and just straight up panicking in situations such as that. You kept you're cool and it pissed him off.

I just saw an episode of Bad Judge where Kate Walsh get in a fight, so it's pretty funny to read something like this. I think that the judge should be punished just like anybody else would. I also think that people in the justice system look out for each other in many ways so the punishment...

I don't think that either should be eliminated. I think there are some things that people are obviously guilty for that they should have no choice to plead guilty to. I also think that if people really feel like they deserve the benefit of the doubt that they should be able to plead no contest...

I think that cops see a car speeding from a certain mile or miles away. They have to have the gun locked on the car for a certain amount of time so they can get a good read. I wouldn't say that it is automatic lock-on, but you have to lock-on to an extent.

I think that police officers have just as many friends as anybody else. I think that there are some things that you shouldn't do around your cop friends though. For the most part, I think that cops have just as many friends as anybody else.

I like to watch movies that I haven't seen yet. If I get really bored then I tend to go for walks, or go out into New York (I live in New Jersey) and just explore. These things tend to keep me relatively entertained.
