I know a little about what you are talking about, our boddies do need vitamins, but a healthy diet means you are getting them naturally, but some people have difficulties producing them, hence came the idea of vitamin pills..
Dont know if they do have them, but could be a great idea, a little exercise would keep them active and sharp. they must have some sort of physical activity planing for them.
Now this is way better, get them to take physical training and only the people who clear it by international standards would be allowed to join. good advice!

I spend about 8 hours a day and the sad part is it isn't a part of my job. I pretty much do everything online which includes shopping, watching tv, and staying up to date with happenings around the world. I need to get a life!

I'm currently in Pakistan so yes, a lot! Recently I was traveling between states and saw a bunch of police vehicles set on fire along the highway. A few miles away tear gas was being thrown at protestants and we were stuck in the same spot for hours. Horrific times.
