When I work out above all I enjoy myself because I love working out. I also think that I am improving my health, so it's basically a win-win situation. :)
I feel that the law has to be the same to all, so if for some reason a police officer is prescribed marijuana, I don't see why he can't continue to be a police officer, what would be the problem in that?
Welcome to the forum kate! As far as I am concerned, I really love being here, it's a friendly community and we learn a lot about the police. I hope to see you around.
The fact is that life change us. It can be a life changing event or some might get sick and tired of the job and they start thinking only about themselves, quite a few things can happen really.
Gangs are something really hard to deal with, so I am guessing that what they wear are the least of our problems, we should focus on what they do illegally.
Yes, police officers can always claim exigent circumstances like you say and probable cause and many times they can also ask for permission to enter, if you deny it it's because most likely you have something to hide.
I think that doing criminal actions certainly disqualify you to be an officer. Apart from that they need to follow all the rules or else I am pretty sure they aren't accepted.
I am glad to see it recovered too, I think it's an historical peace and it would be a shame if it had been lost. Selling this would be something really hard to do...
I think it's a matter of safety, a police officer is responsible for it's weapon, it's his responsibility and no one else, so I think it's a right thing to do, have the gun with them at all times.
I think that police academies do a great job training police officers, but the preparation continues after the academy and sometimes needs political support as well, it's a complex way up to the top.
Welcome to the forum guys! This is a great community and we get to learn a lot about the police and also check the latest news. I hope you enjoy it here.
It's been a long time since I was in a fight. Most likely I was still living with my parents and I fought with my brother, that happened once in a while...
The police can only do this in some of the cases mentioned above, if there is an urgent need to do it, otherwise they simply cannot enter, on what grounds would they?
I don't think I would and I don't even get the sense of this, like in a bribe? No way, that could make my situation far worse, unless I am Brad Pitt of course. :D
That is exactly what I was about to say, that is already happening in some places and I do agree with it, nothing like a camera as our witness, that is the best.
Well, if the police officer needs to run he needs to be fit... I am not saying fire him, but at the same time they do physicals to get in for a reason right?
Yep, our body needs to meet the standards of what is required for a police officer and let's face it, if we don't have it we need to train harder to get in or else we simply don't.
