They'll most likely call an ambulance here if they catch you speeding to rush to hospital, I think. I guess such emergencies justify speeding if safe and you give signs like constant headlight flashes, emergency lights perhaps, etc.
I said it's a broken story because she should have been punished by law and she didn't. She shouldn't throw things away and if she does, she surely noticed he was there so her story is broken and pure lies, that's what I meant.
I guess they have normal breaks OR they can chose to stop to eat something during their shifts when they feel hungry. Either way, I am curious about that too.
Well, that's one of the reasons I am against it being legal. When it's illegal they are more careful while if it's legal it turns into an habit that you practise in the open.
It's interesting to have the story of someone who have gone through it already. I guess it's stupid and something you see in a third world country only, really.
I guess they could detain him and frisk him, and possibly bring him to station or something like that, if they want to be asses with him. If it's a prank and the prankster apologies and shows the cameras afterwards, I think they should just be good sports like everyone else.
I'm stubborn enough to go faster, kind of the same way of thinking but different action. Either way, in the urge of the moment you sometimes don't check for cameras, different plates or even uniforms inside.
Wow that story is freaking. She shouldn't just get away that easily because she says she didn't know he was there. So why did she throw something anyway? It's kind of a broken story.
It was his fault. He was carrying a realistic toy gun and the police had no way to find out if it was real or not until they check it themselves. If he refused to drop his weapon, it's failure to comply while holding a possible lethal weapon so, what could they have done differently?
Such a big I say you say. One says she stabbed him, she says he stabbed himself, what's the truth? We'll probably never know. I doubt he'd stab himself to blame her though.
It was tremendously sad to know of this. It's really annoying how people suicide for being abandoned. I don't say abandoned as in the literal mean of it, but that the ones who should care, don't really do it.
People answered about the USA already. I can tell you at Portugal it ranges from 10 to 50 euros. First time you pay 10, second time you pay 20, third time 40, then 50. It doubles every time, up to 50.
Do you get caught at Portugal? Very rarely.
