While some cops abuse their power, they also have to adapt to the current days and new dangers. Now-a-days, due to that label, they have a harder time being respected and enforcing the law, so sometimes they have to sound harsh. That's not an excuse to abuse anyway.

If it's extreme, go visit a medic. If not, go do something you enjoy. Go to a calm place, drive some country roads with music up and windows open, go to the mountain, river, whatever makes you feel good and in peace. It works, trust me.
