No you do not. As a matter of fact, in Pennsylvania, it is illegal for government or police to keep a registry of firearms.

What is the best way to get out of a ticket?

1.) Don't do anything to get a ticket. 2.) If you get pulled over, just be honest and don't be rude, whether you get a ticket or not.

    Qualified Immunity

I agree that they should be held accountable, but to a degree. It's as simple as, "What did the situation call for? And what did you do?" If you used force unnecessary for the situation, you should absolutely be held responsible, even if it was an accident.

    Question about drunk driving charges

Yea it seems like he shouldn't have been arrested for drunk driving in that case. As you said, maybe PI, but not drunk driving. He was doing the right thing and he should've been just left alone.

    Police officers as service providers

It really depends. There are many, many cops who are there to do the right thing, and to actually help people. But unfortunately, there are also many who abuse their power and do unjust things, and it seems that those are the ones we actually hear about.

When a robber enters your home..

I personally think that you should absolutely have the right to defend yourself, lethally if necessary, if someone were to break in. But I don't know what I would. I wouldn't flee; I would definitely stand my ground, but if at any point I felt like my life or that of my children was in danger, I...

    Background check on myself

There are several online, some reliable, some not. BeenVerified is supposed to be reliable. For those, expect to pay anywhere from maybe $15-30, sometimes more. You can also talk to the Department of Justice for your state. You can probably expect to pay $20-30 there.

Can a person receive a ticket for driving too slow.

You can absolutely get ticketed for driving too slow, however it's pretty rare. If it's impeding or obstructing traffic, you can get ticketed. 45 in a 60 probably isn't going to warrant a ticket, but, for example, 25 in a 60, or something ridiculous, probably would. If you search on Google...

Do bus drivers ever get ticketed?

I think busses don't get pulled over as often because, while perhaps they legally should, it can be a huge inconvenience to the passengers, some of whom are trying to get to work, home to their kids, etc. It would probably take a somewhat major driving infraction for them to get pulled over...

    Unfair speeding ticket

Can you fight it? Absolutely. Should you? Absolutely not. You were speeding and you got a ticket for it. Pay the ticket and slow down.

Did i do right in this situation?

I wouldn't say you did the wrong thing. Personally, I wouldn't have moved my car up at all and would've called the police immediately if there was any dispute about the damage. Other than that, in my opinion, you absolutely did the right thing.

    Question about drunk driving charges

Hey not a cop, but if he had the keys in the ignition, whether or not the car is running or not, he can be arrested for drunk driving. Maybe he had the air or heat on, or the radio playing.
