    Who indeed?

I don't think I'm suitable for this demanding job. A police officer must be physically strong, emotionally and mentally stable. As for me, I am not physically strong because I'm a bit of a weakling. I couldn't even be good in any kind of sport; I'm a little bit clumsy too. I am also not...

Swedish Police Stop Vicious Assault On New York Subway

It's great to hear these kinds of news. Kudos to those Swedish police officers! Imagine that, they were just touring around the city of New York, and didn't even hesitate to help and intervene. Job well done, indeed!

    Do you develop Anxiety?

I think police officers develop anxiety as well, specially their job always deals with horrifying cases and terrible incidents. Their life could also be put in danger anytime which could make them feel more anxious. Cops are also just humans; there is no immunity to traumas.

Almost 8x The Legal Limit, Driving While Intoxicated

Drunk driving meets reckless driving. Yeah, good thing, he didn't kill/hurt anyone. I hope his arrest would serve as a lesson to him now, though I know some people are just too stubborn.

    Road Rage

I don't think the police would take action if someone flipped you the bird unless they tried to threaten your life or something like that. A video could be a good evidence though.

A coworker put his hands around my neck today at work

Don't let someone oppress you. The more you show them your weakness and vulnerability, the more they would try to bully/hurt you. You should have talked to your lawyer right away, and if he tried to threatened you again, you should go straight to the police.

    Police helping in natural disasters

This is such a heartbreaking news. That powerful earthquake killed thousands of people, and I'm deeply saddened by this thing. I'd be praying for Nepal.

Do you think some rules are meant to be broken?

I've always been a good girl, and most of the time, I follow all the rules and regulations. But sometimes, there are rules that are just so pointless, you couldn't help but break them. Anyway, as long as you don't kill/steal/hurt/abuse other people, I think it's fine to break some rules.

How old are most students who typically enter a police academy?

I think most students who would likely to enter police academy is around 20-25 years old. Well, anyway, if you think you have a passion for it and very determined to be a police officer, then why not give it a try? There's always a chance for everyone.

Robot Buys Drugs With Bitcoins, Arrested By Cops

Well, it's really true that modern technology has its pros and cons. And this case is just one of the many cons. It's pretty alarming how easy it is to do drug dealings and horrid transactions online. I am now anxious about what will happen in the future if this thing continues.

How Does Police Work Affect Relationships?

I had a classmate in high school who is a police officer now, and as I have noticed, he really didn't change at all. I mean, he's still pretty close with my former classmates and we've also been hanging out lately. I don't think being a cop affects his/her friendships with other people.

Do people join the police for the benefits?

I guess so. The reason for joining the police varies from person to person. They probably would like to be police officers because of the benefits, but some of them would just want to help other people and protect the community, or maybe they came from a family of cops, something like it's...

    Another young death!

Such a terrible news, indeed. I wonder how would the cops try to defend themselves now, claiming they didn't hurt/beat Gray, how the heck the young man suffered from spinal injury then?

    Declaring your sexual orientation

I don't also think it matters. So what if this person is gay, lesbian, or bisexual? Does it mean he/she doesn't have any right to be a police officer now? So yeah, it should not be a big deal.

Friends in the academy: Helpful or distraction?

It could be helpful and could be a distraction as well. I think you must really be picky on what kind of people you're going to be close with, because you don't know if they have bad feelings towards you.
