    Road Rage

I have had my won demons with road rage in the past, I learned to deal with it and put it behind me. But it is a serious problem that needs managing. Ultimately it is never worth it.

Is there a no chasing law?

it is definitely against the law to run from the police, fleeing an officer just adds more misdemeanors onto the rap sheet.

Wearing Sagging Pants? Pull up or pay up!

haha that an awesome couple of ideas, im always tempted to just give them a tag and help their pants the rest of the way down. I like the council idea though, it is socially offensive and needs a punishment

What would be your last meal?

I would have a roast dinner, beef, potatoes, veg, all the trimmings - followed by a krispy creme.

Virginia Arsonist To Be Sentenced On 9/4/14

I can't even begin to image in the costs and economic impact of such crazy behavior, a sentence will never be able to reflect that and what it has cost other people. Shame.

Would this effect your chances of becoming a cop?

I would have to say absolutely not, you are responsible for yourself, not others.

Do you resent civilians approaching you to ask questions?

Police offers are there to serve the public. While I am not one myself, I have family members who are police officers and I know for a fact they would welcome such questions. Any cop who does not take an interest in a kid asking those kind of questions is just rude in my opinion.

What kind of illnesses automatically disqualify a person from becoming a cop?

I think there is a general disclaimer that says, if you have any conditions that may interfere with you performing the tasks required, they reserve the right to deny you. It is kind of a legal cover to stop any future libel cases and such.

When do you plan on retiring?

My dad retired at 55, and I plan on doing the same. I just don't see the point of spending my whole life working, then dying shortly after I retire. Regardless of family history etc I just do not know many people who retire at 65 then have plenty of years enjoying themselves. They always...

Are there any laws that prevent me from drinking alcohol on the street?

This is tough question because it depends where you live. Cops where I live are entitled to stop you drinking in your car if they believe you may try and drive, and that is their call. Drinking in the street is absolutely not allowed.

    Arming security guards in Kenya.

Personally I do not agree with armed security guards. I think it makes a situation escalate a lot quicker, this should b left down to the police to deal with.

can I call the police anonymously?

Where I live there is an anonymous phone line for this use. It is better to have a line for anonymous calls than no way to do it, and the possibility that someone will not ring at all.

How are cops assigned to beats?

The poster is basically asking how or who determines what neighbourhoods cops patrol. And if they patrol somewhere they currently or used to live.

I could not believe when I read the title for this thread! This is truly disturbing and I hope the woman in question ends up in a mental institute as this is not just criminal behavior, it's twisted.
