You are right, they might be so used to working under that line, so it make them decide to join the police officers, though it might seem like a demotion, but as long as it keeps them busy.

From what I have always known, it is only to be used when the other person has a weapon, but when they are unarmed, I do not see why they should go that route.

It is a good idea, it does protect both parties, the civilian and the police, there does not need to be any false witnesses involved, any proof needed for every statement will be right there on the camera, so it is a good idea.

I do not think that sinlge parent hood really matters, it is all about the virtues that a child has been raised up with, you can find that a child comes from a home that has both parents yet the child gets introuble all the time, so it all depends on the bringing up of the child.
