Took creatinine when I lifted regularly in college. Thats about how far I went though. I actually had a moron friend that overdosed on creatinine. His body stopped producing it and he had to get injections of it.

First I started walking a few blocks. Then power walking (looks fruity but still too lazy to move up to jogging). After about a month I started jogging . I do this every weekday before I go to work . About 15 minutes. And I am one of the laziest people out there.

People can cheat the polygraph just by staying calm and honest people like yourself can be screwed over just by having anxiety about it. I personally don't like polygraphs and they really don't have huge impacts in court rooms . This one was for a job though so just relax and answer truthfully.
