The officer was calm right at the beginning, he was careful not to intimidate the guy in anyway while he was cuffing him but the other guy simply ran because he had a gun. Things would've been much better for that guy if he just allowed himself to be caught carrying a gun than getting shot like...

Fortunately no one has ever called the cops on me despite of all the squabbles and trouble I've gotten myself into but I have called the cops on a classmate before for pointing a knife on me an another classmate.

I've been told that I do but what people don't know that most of my work in the office is pretty much automated and that I actually have too much extra time on my hands. I also do a lot of moving around when I'm home to compensate on not going to the gym often enough.
