You will find a conflict of interest in law all the time. The prosecutor, the judge and the clerk are all members of the Bars association, so you can bet they know each other, especially if it's a local case. The Law is very slick and deceptive and it's important to know your rights.

I think this should be mandatory. Things would be different with the use of body cameras, at least it seems that way. Cameras still may not catch it all.

I use to watch cops a lot, more for the comedy, but as I got older I didn't have as much interest in Cops, plus my friends didn't seem to like the show that much, maybe because they where dealing with the real life version of cops.

Assumptions, presumptions and color of law is how they operate. They ask questions to get you to basically hang yourself. Everything you say can and will be used against you. The best way to play the game is to not play. Don't answer their questions, that works for me.
