Actually, I've been hurt quite a few times getting in the middle of things lol. I'm little, so easily plowed over or hit before they knew what was happening lol. If I see it, I try to help. It doesn't always turn out well though.

Hiking. People's ideas of exercise are sort of extreme these days. It's not necessary. I go for long hikes.. it's both good for the body and uber relaxing all at once. Nothing like it.

Air popping is best. I won't buy popcorn that is covered in fats and salts and icky chemicals from a store. Air pop and add whatever you want. We make tons of pop corn for the kids, they have a huge list of flavours they've made up with their favourite spices etc.

It depends on the person. I generally trust people, because I have no reason not to. if I'm buying something from them or expected to trust them with something important to me (family, health, education etc), I'm not so quick to give them the benefit of the doubt.. I'll need to be assured...
