Wow! I don't even know what to say to this! The words forming in my mind are very appropriate for a forum. I do want to say that of I was the parents of the girl recording she would get a raise in her allowance. I would also make the lives of everyone involved a living hell.

Abusers always have an excuse. Either they lost their mind, she pushed him to it, or some other BS. I have never heard one who could own up to what they had done and take responsibility.

This may be a silly question, but have you or anyone you know been in loved with the show "cops"? For the last several years reality tv has become scripted. Cops is pretty convincing, but its still reality tv, here to make people money. Is it legit? Or is it as take as everything else?

I regret quitting a really great Job I had a few years back. It was in the middle of a freak out so I wasn't using any sense when I did it. There have been lot of direct, and indirect, negative consequences because of that choice.

I've never gotten out of it. As a matter of fact, a SC state trooper pulled me over for 55 in a 45. He wrote me a ticket for everything he could think of! I even got a ticket for driving without my license in my possession. I think that was unnecessary and nit picky!

I agree its got to be hard to not lash out. In my opinion, though, if the job is getting to them so bad they stand a good chance of losing their cool, they should take a few days off. Maybe even longer, depending on where they live and how bad of an area it is.

Maybe you could find out where the good areas are and stick to them at night. When I lived in Charlotte there were several areas that if I HAD to go I went straight from my car to inside, and vice versa. Overl, though, I tried to stay in at night as much as possible.

In a town as small as the one I used to live in, you'll see the same cops every time you have to deal with them. They definitely see a lot of bad behavior being repeated over and over again.
