That actually makes complete sense. I really wasn't aware that cops got car inspections but I can see why they would need them. I think it would be easy to see that the people before the new shifter weren't to blame if the car is messed up before it is taken out.

That's actually a pretty interesting question. I don't think that happens too often. When I see a cop, I see a cop first and a color second. I think that a white cop will do the same thing in a situation that a black cop or any other cop would do in the same situation.

I do get slightly nervous when I'm walking pass a cop. I think that cops are suspicious of everyone, and that includes me. I feel like they could be thinking anything at anytime. You never really know.

I would say that the soldier to police thing would be the most common. I really do believe that they get accustomed to a certain way of life, so much so that they would go for the closest thing to that life.

I think that they definitely have a need for them. I think they will come in handy during those high speed chases. I also think if they are reinforced then they can be used as cover during shootouts (if need be).

I've always liked Criminal Minds too. If I'm really not doing anything on the weekends, I know that I can find a marathon of it on TV somewhere. I could just sit and watch multiple episodes back to back.

You have to wonder sometimes, don't you. I would assume like most schools, there are those that are favored above the others. Maybe some people pass when they really shouldn't have and things like that.

I have never offered an officer anything, and I don't think that I ever will. There is a high chance that they will reject whatever it is that I am offering, and then I'm in a worse situation than when I started.

I'm pretty sure that cops have some sort of life insurance that not only pays for this, but makes sure that the officers funeral expenses and family are well taken care of. I think that would make the most sense, especially if they die on duty .

I think that most law enforcement officers deal with their stress like anyone else would. I would hope that they don't take drugs, but you never know. I would assume that working out, spa days, and having a drink after work are high on the list.

I think that police cars SHOULD only use their sirens when they are on their way to an emergency. The problem is that some cops use their sirens when they want to go somewhere really fast, not necessarily when there is an emergency. For all we know, they could just be in a rush to get to lunch...

That's a pretty crazy story. I can even believe that there are cops out there that would do something like that. This is just another case of cops doing whatever they want with whatever they want.

I would say that the .38 revolver is the staple of the 80s cop. Nowadays, I see that the most popular handgun is the 9mm handgun but I could be wrong about that. Honestly, I didn't even know that the police officers had a choice, I just thought that those were standard issue.

I think if someone is trying to enter your home you have a right to defend yourself. They are already in the wrong, and are committing a crime as well. I don't understand why a punishment for someone trying to defend themselves wold even be a question.
