    I don't think the drink had anything to do with you having no DOMS. All Gold Drink does is hydrate you, much like drinking a Gatorade would. It has nothing in it to help with DOMS.

    I was curious to see how many hours a week you work out?

    I probably average 10 hours per week. I go to the gym when it's fairly empty, so I never have to wait for equipment. I'm able to get in and out quickly.

    Right now I just take a daily multivitamin, whey protein, and creatine monohydrate.     When working out what do you think of?

    I just focus on moving the weight. I don't think of anything other than lifting when I'm performing a lift. Thinking of anything else would only distract me from the movement, and I might start losing form.

    Protein Shakes

    Would you mind elaborating on the "lasting effects"? As for whether or not I supplement with protein shakes, yes, I do. I usually switch between Optimum Gold Standard and CytoSport's Muscle Milk.
