Milwaukee's Mayor and Police Chief say the city is calmer on Monday night, after two nights of clashes between police and protesters. They credit community leaders who helped lower tensions, following the police shooting of an armed black man.

The ACLU wants the Milwaukee police to release the body camera video from the officer that was involved in the shooting of a man during a traffic stop. The shooting resulted in another riot in the Milwaukee area.
