Application Process Question?

Hey everyone, newer member here and this is my first post. Sorry if this question is not in the correct category. I am in the process of hopefully getting hired on at a smaller department close to where I live. There are only about four others in the process with me. They do not have as many steps in the process as bigger departments do. I have passed the written test, oral board and now I am scheduled to meet with the Chief of Police. I know for sure one other person has not been contacted to meet with the Chief, not sure of anyone else.
My question is, do you all think this is a good sign of me getting hired?
