Best equipment to keep in your patrol bag?

I just bought a new patrol bag. I am a big gadget fan and would love to fill my bag with the most useful items. Any suggestions on what I should keep in it and what do you keep in yours?

Extra handcuffs, tie cuffs, knife, batteries, extra flashlight, search gloves, ice scraper, pens, clipboard, handcuff key, plastic rain cover for your duty hat.

Hospital grade hand sanitizer, small first aid kit, a small tool kit, extra ammo, magnifying glass, extra prescription eyeglasses (if you wear them), matches or a lighter, small set of sharp scissors, binoculars and hand held NVG.
