OAKLAND, Calif. Police have arrested five California teen boys for fatally shooting Quinn Boyer, an off-duty paramedic.

Oakland Police Chief Howard Jordan says the teens all 16 years old or younger were arrested Monday and Tuesday in the April 2 shooting of Quinn Boyer.

The 34 year old, Quinn Boyer was at a stop sign in the Oakland hills when a vehicle pulled up next to his car. The alleged suspects then shot the victim in the head at what was described as point blank range.

Quinn Boyer died two days later in a hospital.

Police Chief Jordan says the suspects, the 16 year old, two 14 year olds, and the two 15 year olds will be facing murder charges, charges for robbery and carjacking.

Quinn Boyer had been a paramedic from 2008, working for Santa Clara County Ambulance for the past two years.
