I will be applying to several departments in the near future. The department that is in the city that I have always wanted to live in appears to have a somewhat hostile attitude towards their police dept. Almost any youtube video on the dept. has some kind of hippie filming the cops in the hope catching them do something wrong. How can cops change the publics view on police?
