Couple Arrested for Sex In Plain Sight On Roof of Chipotle

Michael Suh, 38, and Nicole Germack, 27, were arrested by police after they were spotted by many onlookers "engaging in sexual intercourse" on the roof of a Chipotle Mexican Grill.
Delaware police were called to the East Main Street Chipotle around 9:30 p.m. Sunday night after receiving numerous calls of a couple openly engaged in sex on top of the restaurant.
When the officers arrived they ordered the couple to stop. Police say the couple ignored them and continued for about another thirty seconds.
Police then told the couple they were under arrest and the two suspects ran off to Suh's apartment located a few doors down.
Authorities apprehended and charged Suh and Germack with resisting arrest, lewdness, indecent exposure, loitering and conspiracy.
The couple were released from custody after posting $1,800 unsecured bond.
