Couple Arrested With 66 Pounds of Marijuana

Lake Worth, Florida. Homeland Security Investigations agents along with the Palm Beach County Sheriff's office tracked a wooden crate that contained a large amount of marijuana to a storage facility on Barnett Drive in Lake Worth.
Authorities says that federal agents along with PBSO were conducting surveillance at the storage facility when they saw a car pull up and witnessed an individual, Javid Gayle receiving the wooden crate from a delivery truck and putting it in a locked storage bay.
Authorities arrested Gayle, Kristin Simmons who was waiting by car was also arrested. Police also said the couple had three kids in the vehicle.
A Palm Beach County Judge issued a search warrant and investigators opened
the crate and found 66.4 pounds of marijuana inside.
Both Gayle and Simmons were arrested on drug trafficking and child abuse charges and booked into the Palm Beach County jail.
