Danish Police Kill Man After Two Deadly Attacks

A man who shot someone in a cafe where a freedom of speech event was being held then later shot another person in a synagogue has been neutralized by Danish police, in Copenhagen.

In the early hours of Sunday morning, police shot dead a suspect who had arrived at an inner-city address they had under surveillance. Officers described the deceased man as “a person who could be interesting in relation to the investigationâ€. They said after police called out to him near a train station in the inner-city neighbourhood of Nørrebro “he opened fire against the police and was thereafter shot.â€

The attacks, it's presumed were a protest against free speech. An artist who'd drawn cartoons of Mohammad was the target of the cafe shooting.

Again? Now I am all for free speech but for crying out loud, let's just exercise a little caution for the time being. We KNOW what happens when inflammatory material like this is published, why keep doing it? You might as well sign your own death warrant.

Still more about this damn cartoon and how people took it so literal as a slight against them that they are almost as extreme if not more extreme than ISIS. People need to realize when a joke is a joke - killing/hurting two people and maybe even more is ridiculous. Glad they got this guy.

People all just need to learn to relax.

Just the other day,some one shoot and killed three Muslims in the US. Clearly,the shootings were related to their religion.It seems there is an increase in this kind of shootings worldwide and all i can say is that we are headed to difficult times ahead. Racial profiling needs to stop if world peace is to prevail.

Unfortunately due to certain texts giving a wide range of interpretations (holy texts) people consider anyone not of their own faith unpure and wrong. That is why I hate religion, but embrace spirituality. Organized or not, it can lead bad quickly. Plus, this doesn't help in terms of mentality and racial profiling either. That's so true we need to get rid of racial profiling. I thought we were all one. You may not understand Japanese, but this song is made from a group called "World Order" who believes we're all one. This is what we should strive for.

People would destroy themselves, they hint at nuclear technology in the video and it's a good play.
