A person crashed into the driver's side of a deputy cruiser around 3:00 a.m. Tuesday morning, pinning the deputy inside.
Deputy Yvette Hibbard had to be cut out of the cruiser and transported to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Police say the other driver was not injured. They have not released the other drivers name. The accident remains under investigation. Authorities believe the driver may have gone through a red light.
