Deputy Sheriff William Durr was shot and killed when he responded to a domestic violence call in rural Mississippi on Saturday, May 27, 2017.
Durr, 36, was a two-year Veteran with the Lincoln County Sheriffs Office. Before that, he had served four years with the Brookhaven Police Department.
Deputy William Durr leaves behind a wife and an 11-year-old son.
