I read an article that I found interesting. A couple of months prior to 9 11 the lease for the World Trade Center was privatized and sold to Larry Silverstein. After buying it Silverstein took out an insurance plan that covered terrorism. After 9 11 Silverstein then had to take the insurance company to court claiming he should be paid double because there were two attacks. Silverstein won and was awarded $4,550,000,000.
