exersize and eating right

I'm looking to get into some form a fitness class, what do you feel is the best one out there? What kind eating routine do you follow? Should I cut out certain foods?

I'm into crossfit. I think it's a great workout that covers all aspects and it keeps me in shape. I keep the carbs down, eat alot of fresh fish and fruit.
