Getting a bachelor's in crimianal justice

I'm thinking about getting a bachelor's in crimianal justice, will that improve my chances of getting hired?

Having a bachelor's in CJ won't help you that much. Agencies have a huge amount of applicants holding a CJ degree. If it was me I would get a degree in something else, maybe computer science, accounting, or even a foreign language.
