Alright so I got pulled over by some cops in Oakland today after i left from a friends house. The cop said I was going 12 over the limit which i think was a lie, it could not have been more than say 5 but still. Anyway I got out of the car to explain and he puts his hand on his gun. Is this a normal step for cops?
