Hello to everyone. I was steered here by...a list of blogs/forums looking for comments actually. I've been reading and writing about legislation lately, so why not add enforcement of existing laws as a sidelight 
I'm not seeing a list of Forum Rules beyond the very short and sweet one that popped up when I registered. Does everyone post links to police news here? One that caught my interest just popped up on Twitter...
