Riviera Beach police have released a stammering 911 call made by a man who is charged with shooting and killing his wife, and then afterwards restaging the crime scene.
Authorities have charged Dwight Luton, 32, in the March 7 shooting with first-degree murder and evidence-tampering charges.
Police said before the suspect attended to his dying wife, Luton cleaned up the surface thoroughly the vehicle with a cloth, where she had been shot.
Officials said they have obtained the surveillance footage from the Luton’s house. It shows the moments before and after Ashley was murdered. They also have the 911 call where Luton is heard talking to the operator and saying that his wife had an accident.
Luton is currently being held without bail and has yet to enter a plea.
