I sometimes get a headache after doing cardio

I sometimes get a headache after doing cardio. What could be causing it? Anybody ever have that problem?

Same thing was happening to me. Lack of hydration, you need to drink more water. Be safe and check with your doctor.

I get this too, you're probably getting de-hydrated but best to check.
