TOPEKA, Kansas. Police say when they went inside a home in Topeka, Kansas they discovered three people were shot and killed.
After getting an emergency call Friday from a woman at the house reporting that three people had been killed. Topeka police Lt. Scott Gilchrist, says officers and emergency medical responders went to the home and found all three victims shot to death.
Lt. Scott Gilchrist declined to give the names or any other information about the three people who were found dead.
Gilchrist tells the Topeka Capital Journal that police are on the search for a person of interest. He says the person isn't believed to be a threat to the general public.
