Yea, you want to be in pretty good shape, someday it will come in handy. My wife and I like to go to the gym 5 days a week. Sometimes we work out hard other days we just get cardio in. Important thing is to stay active since so much time is spent by yourself in a car under stressful conditions.
Look at my avatar, you can see that staying in shape is very important. This is what happens after 18 years of sitting behind the wheel and at a desk. Just kidding. I also like to get some exercise in several times per week. I find it helps me out as much from a mental state as it does from a physical state.
