I got a ticket because I failed to obey traffic signal in PA. It was raining all night. When I saw the light turn yellow I decided to go for it because the road was wet and I didn't feel it was safe to stop. I was in the middle of the intersection when the light was still yellow. If I go to court and fight the ticket, considering the roads were wet from the rain do you think the judge will let me off the hook?
