Man Confronts Panhandler

An Oklahoma man became very angry after he found out an elderly panhandler he'd been giving money to is not homeless at all.
Daniel Ayala was furious after he spotted the same woman he gives money to every day drove up to the gas station in a 2013 Fiat.
The incident was caught on video and uploaded to YouTube.

Apparently Ayala had given the woman at least $15 in the past week.
"Listen, I work hard for my money," yelled Ayala. "That’s why people like you take advantage of people like me. This is bullshit! I did not eat on Thursday to give you four dollars. You drive a better car than me!"
The video was captured by Brandi Newman, who also helped out the elderly woman in the past. She started filming when she recognized the panhandler get into her vehicle. That's when Ayala confronted her.
The panhandler’s family said the woman has a permit to panhandle.

I'd be angry too and the same happened to me when I saw a "beggar" having lunch in a fancy restaurant, so beware with this class of people.

This is surreal, I'd be checking if it was one of those prank videos or candid camera video, I can't imagine how furious he must have been!

It's people like this that cause legitimately needy people to be ostracized and disregarded when they ask for change. My mother and an old neighbor fell for this sort of thing one time. A guy, his wife, and their baby, where out begging for work... but they'd take cash if you could spare it.

The neighbor's husband talked to the guy and offered him a job doing some yard work and painting, easy stuff that would be done in about two or three hour. Offered $100. The guy flaked and repeatedly put it off, claimed he couldn't get down there.. he lived a few counties over.

Why would you drive your car that you claim you don't have enough gas to drive.. to a $100 job.. two counties over to beg for work? Then get a line on some easy paying work and not want to do it.. right.. scammer.

I been trying to tell people for years and years that homelessness isn't what they think it is. Sometimes good people get caught into that web, but it largely consists of people who don't mind being homeless at all and others who pretend to be homeless. in either case, it's an easy front to rake in handouts, and as it turns out, we look at a homeless or destitute person and feel sympathy when in fact that person has more money than people going to work everyday and giving them money and other stuff. The hobo on the sidewalk is likely doing better than the average working person in a financial sense. I first learned about that in The Jeffersons sitcom where George thought he was Mr. Big because he was able to tip the doorman, but then George later found out that the doorman was a big shot that he became from all the handouts he collected. LOL! The dude was bigger than George!

That is exactly the same episode I thought about when I first saw this on YouTube! It's amazing how little regard these selfish people have for the people busting their butts to work while they stand around and beg for their hard earned money. It makes no sense.

It's selfish people like this woman (won't call her a lady) who makes people more unwilling to give donations to people who are seriously in need.
