Melvindale, Michigan. Suspended Melvindale police chief Chad Hayse is fighting hard to keep his job.
Chief Hayse has been accused of creating a toxic work environment. And also instituting a policy that requires police officers to gather and record the gender, age, and race of parking violators before the vehicle is towed.
