TEMPLE, GA..Off-Duty Temple police officer David Head was riding his motorcycle when he was killed in a crash on Thursday.
The police department wrote on their Facebook page that David Head an “outstanding officer that cared for this community and loved what he did".
"R.I.P my friend, my brother. We will take the watch from here," the post stated. "Please keep his family in your prayers."
Details about the accident were not immediately available.
