The Navajo Nation patrol officer was killed Tuesday, August 30, 2016 in a car crash. Authorities say Officer Frank collided head-on with another vehicle in the middle of Navajo Route 64.
Police say Officer Frank was killed instantly. All of the passengers in the other car survived the accident. The crash is still being investigated by the Arizona Department of Public Safety.
