This little girl thought the police chief in her town was none other than Santa Claus. Joe Parsons was eating at a restaurant in West Virginia when all of a sudden he said, "the waitress came over and said there's a little girl who thinks your Santa." So he decided to have some fun and play along. Throughout the whole conversation Joe says 3-year-old Kaylee Confere had a smile that lit up the room.
