Police Officer Houston James Largo was shot and killed while he was responding to a domestic violence call Saturday night.
Authorities say Officer Largo succumbed to gunshot wounds at University of New Mexico Hospital in Albuquerque Sunday, March 12, 2017.
Police say the suspect is in custody, however no other information was available.
Officer Largo, 27, was with the Navajo Division of Public Safety for five years.
