My friends sister has a boyfriend that is physically abusing her. He is very controlling, he won't let her leave to see her family unless he goes with. He reads her texts and emails. She did tell me that he is hitting her but she refuses to leave him. I'm very scared of what could happen. What can I do? Should I go to the police?
